I stayed with one other person for a four-night work trip and it was a great alternative to a hotel - bed and sofa were comfortable, toiletries were nice and everything was well provisioned to make your stay comfortable (the kitchen has basic implements and there's in-unit washer dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.) I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I were in Phoenix for a work trip. "

"Convenient location downtown, lot's of nightlife, which can make sleeping tough. Apartment was in rough condition... beds were box springs, half the verticle blinds were missing, furniture was worn, dirty, or broken. Building is nice and controlled access, nice rooftop patio."
