The suite was dirty, there were no towels, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, no hot water in the shower and there was standing water in it when we went to turn it on. The sink would not drain. "Great location only a block from the main square. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. You enter into the property and are instantly walking into a beautiful and peaceful courtyard which our room was accessed from. This property was built in the early 19th century as a wealthy Spanish family’s villa, so it has a lot of historical charm and is well maintained. The included breakfast was of high quality and lots of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Cusco."
