「The front desk has been extremely helpful. I had problem with my phone at the last minute and I couldn’t call a taxi. Miss Yang who works at the front desk was able to get one for me as I was late to my 20 years school reunion. 「Wanjia Hupan (Waterfront) hotel is a smaller eatablisment near the South Lake in Changchun. Upon arrival, I noticed the carpet in the room hadn't been hoovered. The bathroom floor still had former guests hair on it. I called housekeeping (using Chinese) to let them know about my dissatisfaction. They came with a small brush, intended to swipe up the dirt on the floor and on the carpet. I told them they need to use a vacuum cleaner.
