「Lovely stay at Alexande Gala. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of space at the pool, although sadly some people would claim their spots early and not appear until the afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful, had an issue with being overcharged on checkout but this was later resolved. Food was OK, a good range but not always to my taste or very warm. 「Wir hätten volle Punktzahl gegeben wenn man nicht so eine schlechten Zimmerservice bieten würde. Das schlimmste ist das man Toilettenpapier hinterherlaufen muss oder es sich selber kaufen muss, alle 4-5 Tage kommt jemand um ein bisschen etwas zu machen wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche alle 7 Tage.
Toilettenpapier bekommt man nur wenn man sich an der Rezeption beschwert. Das ist wirklich sehr schade. Ich hoffe dieses ändert sich und dann kommen wir bestimmt nächsten Urlaub wieder. Wir werden es...
