The establishment is ‘dry’ because of its location in the historic Bo Kaap neighborhood, which is predominantly Muslim, but the hotel allows guests to bring their own drinks for sundowners and dinner in the restaurant. There is construction on the building next door and if your room faces the street it can be quite noisy all hours of the night.
