「Manager Reggie was so helpful and accomodating even coming to our room to help figure out our Wi-Fi issues. Breakfast and happy hour were very good. Would definitely come back again. Only thing wasn’t thrilled about is there was no room service if you stayed multiple nights. We were ok with that though it was just my wife and I.」

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). 「Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable room. However not very convenient if you want to buy some grocery stuff coz stores are out of walking distance. 」

「The hotel itself is very nice and the woman who checked us in, Keisha, was so kind and helpful. There were so many guests waiting to check in when we got there and she handled all of us with such grace and patience. The property inside was really nice as well as our room. The only issue we had was that the shower didn’t get very hot and there was construction outside that limited parking. Other than that, we had a nice stay!」
