「The rooms need a little tidying up. The bath tub with cracks, skirting scuffed, walls could do with a coat of paint and the toilet seat detached from the hinges! Staff are generally all good. Mentioned the toilet seat issue to Prince. He was very apologetic and helpful. 」

「The gym had Air Conditioning, but it was on a timer that turned off after two minutes, so it was a really uncomfortable place to work out. Staff was really friendly though and went out of their way to make the stay positive.」

「We stayed six nights in a Superior Suite at Villa Elixir at the end of a three-week trip to India. Sadly, it was a disappointing experience. Our room backed onto a noisy road, the window didn’t fully close, and mosquitoes were an issue with no net provided.
