「隔音很差很差，隔離房間說話都可聽到！浴屏做得不好，洗澡後浴室像水浸一樣！冷氣機好像很久沒有清潔，一開機氣味難聞！最離譜是每晚只得一次沖廁水！跟接待處反映後仍然沒有改善！附近的超市雖然很大但沒有什麼可買，交通是唯一可取的地方，離巴士站很近,有巴士可直達競技場。但相信這方面其他酒店都可做到所以絕對絕對不推介這間酒店，這個價錢一定有其他更好的選擇！」

「Reason for stay was that we landed late at night & didn’t want to arrive at our city centre apartment in the dark & when contact with owners were limited. Map shows it being a short walk from the terminal; however, that is as the crow flies - walking would take 2hrs when we mapped it out. There is a free shuttle to the train station & then into Rome but it wasn’t clear how to get it & the bus drivers not helpful. We ended up getting a taxi for which we were charged €25 - he said it was minimum...

「The property is located in a run-down neiborhood, in a industrial area. This area was deserted during the weekend. I didn't feed safe walking... The hotel didn't provide walking directions from the Metro station, even though I have sent them an email, confirming my reservation. The hotel is located at the top of a steep hills, and dragging a heavyweight suitcase, uphill was not easy!
