「Overall not the best stay. The hotel states it has modern rooms that are renovated but they are missing the mark, rooms are dated. The floors are uneven and creaky, many surfaces stained, tile and caulking in the shower dirty. Loud AC fan. Staff was helpful though. I would not return. Unfortunately not the nicest stay in Johnson City.」

「We loved the space and location! However, there were some issues on cleaning and eventually a plumbing issue that caused us to have to leave the location early and go to a hotel. I gave the score based on the idea of what this would have been like without the issues which would have been a full star review but the issues brought it down. 」

「This place was so nice and clean! Brand new appliances and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It is on the outside of town, but still convenient to a grocery store and Dollar General (both less than10 minutes).」

「This house had everything a large family could want. A secluded (but not isolated), beautiful large yard both front and back. A river, bamboo forest, old growth trees and large covered porch with ample seating and table. I wish we had longer to stay to enjoy a nice campfire in their rustic fire pit. It looks like a great fishing spot as well though I didn't have time to try. Shopping wasn't to far away so a plus there as well. The house itself was large had a nice sized kitchen, family room...

「It was quiet and very peaceful. The deer were out everywhere in the morning and evening. I would recommend for a slower pace of life. Great place to relax and rewind. 」
