原木灣 3 星級飯店

「Overall, a pleasant stay at Dawn Ranch. The food at the dining area was good, and the private river access for kayaking was definitely the highlight. Select rooms are pet-friendly. Otherwise, the pet fee is double. Unfortunately, our curtains were broken, and the walls were quite thin so we could hear our neighbors showering, talking, and walking around. Housekeeping did a great job, and staff were quick to respond to requests. The frequent text messages felt excessive, and some of the...

「The hotel was lovely, the beds were very comfortable. It was clean and the breakfast was lovely. I would recommend it as a great place to stay!」

「part of me doesn't want to leave a sterline review because I fear they will be booked solid the next time I want to vacation there! But this place is awesome. clean room, helpful staff, amazing massage, free parking right in front of my room, and pet friendly.」

「We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.」

「Pictures are deceiving. Not worth the price per night.」

「I never leave reviews but think people need to be prepared for this place. It doesn’t look like the pictures I saw online. We checked in around 10:30 pm and there was no one there to check us in. We walked in through a back open door and we had to call the number at the front desk looking for someone to let us into our room. A man answered who said he put the “code to our room in an envelope” on the front desk. This did not feel safe to me. The room had no tv and was literally FEET from a...

「advance notice on checkin should be shared earlier. The property has poor wifi- could not connect at all. I had to leave the property to connect. I have two cell phones and neither one connected. Because of limited wifi connection, you should share advance checkin code to avoid these issues upon arriving.」

「The 4 pm check in and 10 am check out is brutal. And the cleaning person was outside waiting for us to leave by 9:40 am when I loaded our car with our bags. That made us feel super rushed to leave. 」

「The cabin exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. Check in instructions were easy peasy -- especially after a delayed flight that had left us weary and checking in at night. The cabin is charming and very homey. It's easy to find. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and the comfy beds. There's a book of suggested restaurants and things to do. Nothing was over a 15 minute drive I think. Driving into town is easy too. Such a pretty town and location! We will...

「The house was on a perfect setting. Me and my wife booked this for a 2 day stay. The first night was good in the upstairs master suite the second night we were overwhelmed with a sewage smell I called customer service first they blamed it on the ocean second time I called they inspected after we checked out and worded around stating nothing was found with a smell wise I wanted to rebook when we checked in but the way grand welcome handled this situation never again will I book or stay with a...

「Awesome ocean views, gorgeous family room, spa, hiking trail is a free steps away」

「This is a very nice house in a good location. Most people would probably be happy with it. But it's different than the Sea Ranch houses we have rented at Sea Ranch over the decades. Though well equipped with dishware, there is not single spice (even salt and pepper), no foil or wrap, and a lack of useful items that you may not think of ahead of time. It feels a bit barren, and that was not helped when we asked for a later checkout and got a text back a few minutes later, even though it was late...
