「Awful mildew smell in hallways. Completely dirty carpeting and walls on the 4th floor. THE SMELLLLL!!! Elevators were so hot. No certificate in elevator either. Room was clean. Tile flooring throughout. Bathroom sink outside the bathroom. Shower was good but bathroom was so small and cramped with no place to hang towels at all. Breakfast was NOT GOOD. COLD. French toast was hard as a rock at 630 am. How? Knats everywhere as well as flies.」

And the free breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were mushy and the sausage paddy’s were like rubber and truly unbeatable.」

Once I received the room, I found the overall cleanliness to be below acceptable standards. The room was only partially cleaned, and some of the towels were torn. 「Staff was nice, room was small. Asked for house keeping (you have to request them, they dont just come) to help sweep up since the kids were getting sand everywhere and never showed up which was frustrating. Saw someone have their dog swimming in the pool which was odd. Restaurant was horrible! Don't recommend! But ocean was beautiful, it was nice they had chairs and put umbrellas for you for the beach (first come, people went out at like 7am to claim chairs!)」
