「真的值得推薦～房間乾淨還有小陽台可以看到部分湖景～員工很親切～早餐簡單好吃～還有tea time讓在冬天在那也不感到冷～值得一住喔!」

「This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee.」

「The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. 」

「A great view and just at the lake side, attached full function kitchen let us cook and had a great dinner.」

「Room was clean and as described. Beautifully decorated. Adequate beds for 6. I did ask about whether the jacuzzi tub worked, did not get a response. I have a suggestion. It would be nice to add a reading light in the master. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of dishes, mugs, cooking things . We didn’t realize there was a larger oven downstairs. But we enjoyed it. 」
