「It was great except for the night we came in and the room had not been serviced. Of course housekeeping was gone so we were brought up some towels from staff but would have preferred the room made up as our door hanger requested.」

「Arrived at 9:00PM. Once I made it to the counter (after 20 min wait) to check in, it felt like the staff knew nothing about the computer system, let alone the property... Checked in the wrong room (standard vs suite). Had to stand in line once again to be informed that it would take some time to figure out what happened. I proceeded to the "Gray Copper" grill that's onsite and serves food til 10PM, I ordered food at 9:50PM and mins later was told that the cook had left and would have to cancelI...
