「It was excellent! They had a complimentary happy hour with snacks, which was great for both kids and adults. The location was perfect, and having a 24-hour CVS right across the street was super convenient. The breakfast was very good, but the chef really stood out with the amazing omelets. The apple donuts were the cherry on top! Room service was perfect as well, and they even brought us extra sweets for our kids, which was such a thoughtful touch.」

「The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. 」

「Maintenance of door locks should be scheduled periodically. I stayed in room 406 and had to come down to front desk and get my key cards reprogrammed. I understand things happened so I didn’t think it would be a problem but the next day I went for breakfast and upon returning to my room key cards did not work. Went back down to front desk and asked the manager to check lock because the night before I had the same problem. He refused to come and check with me and reprogrammed the key cards. I...
