「Overall, excellent stay.」

「They have the very worst breakf that I have ever had in a hotel. Food is not kept hot. Coffee runs out and they don't notice until you tell them and it is not hot. They label the eggs as cage free. But they are powdered eggs. Items run out and they don't notice. The toaster is totally inadequate even for a bagel. There is nothing like a microwave to heat up muffins or any other food. The menu is the same every day. I just don't understand why a Holiday Inn that you would expect to be better...

「The only Hilton that doesnt not offer conditioner. Even budget friendly hotels have it. The breakfast was subpar to say it nicely. Cream cheese galore and no bagels. No muffins or pasteries. The nice gentleman working said they havent received their truck. Regsrdless, we stay Hilton with kids for this reason. Some items to assemble a breakfast sandwhich, not all. No oatmeal. 「My room here was canceled by the hotel and I was unaware. My family and I drove over 500 miles to Tennessee and we didn’t have a room to stay in.
