"The staff was friendly and the room was great. My only problem was that we didn't have any warm water. Called that night and front desk said it was being fixed so we couldn't shower before bed. Next morning same issue only they didn't know when it would be fixed so we couldn't shower before our flight."

"Check-in was challenging as the there was a difficult guest for front single staff however the single staff was low on energy to begin with. Rooms are very good looking and clean , bed is not comfortable and creeks as the mattress is sitting on a frame not a solid bed frame, no phones in the room to connect to front desk, use your cell phones, WiFi speed is acceptable , TV’s in the room don’t have any channel line up and no blow dryers in the room, modern rooms with primitive mind set. Breakfast quality 7/10"
