"For my first stay here, I found it to be a very calm and pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly, patient and helpful, and the view from the windows was great, especially with the holiday lighting at night. The only thing that I wish could change would be the bed mattress. I realize some might like it very cushy, but I prefer a more "solid" bed, one I don't almost slide off of when I sit on the end. But that is just me trying to find something to be picky about, and I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"My recent stay at Mt. Olympus Resort was very disappointing. Late at night, a serious incident occurred on our floor involving a hotel security guard allegedly cornering a teenage guest. Moments later, another woman came forward saying her 14-year-old relative was missing. The situation caused panic among families, and the response from hotel staff was disorganized and unprofessional. The police were called, and chaos continued for hours with shouting and people running through the hallways. What made things even worse is that no one from the hotel ever reached out to check on us or explain what had happened. I didn’t feel safe staying there with my children. This experience was deeply unsettling and left me with no desire to ever return."
