「First room was dirty. We got moved to another room and the cleanliness of the rooms are not the best. The close chargers were not as clear as they said they were. Both expedia or the hotel were not helpful.」

「Had to wait to check in because nobody was at the desk. The beds were hard. I came down for breakfast at 8:30a and food had not been replenished.」

「I stayed for 4 days and things seemed fine until the last evening, when I discovered that one of the "new" towels that housekeeping had replaced that morning was actually dirty, with makeup and dirt on it (definitely not my makeup & not my dirt.) I'm fine with not replacing my used towel - which I had hung up - but I certainly don't want someone else's dirty laundry. This raised questions about how clean other items had been the whole time. Yuck.」

「I left my AirPods in my room and they were stolen by the housekeeping staff. Even after turning on protections where they could not use the AirPods, the staff yet still did not return the AirPods to the hotel. Very frustrating. Management was helpful in helping to retrieve but very frustrating to not be able to trust staff.」

「This hotel is good for 1 night stay because you stay 3 nights the housekeeper no clean the room They leave the garbage, they don't put clean towels and the coffee is never ready early, the ice machines don't work well, the pool doesn't work, they say it's under maintenance but I don't think they're going to open it this year」

「Fairfield is a clean relaxing environment. Staff were very nice and ready to help when needed. I plan to stay there whenever I’m in Columbia.」
