「Unfortunately, the shops on the boardwalk has closed, so not many shops around, but it was a nice stay overall.」

「This hotel is currently under renovation but that did not impact the room. The room was newly renovated and quite nice. The only Real issue was that we could hear..quite clearly, our neighbors on both sides. There was also gaps around the door which let you hear people walking in the hallway….not bad, just noticeable. The staff were friendly which was really nice after a long day! We did not eat anything from breakfast, but it looked nice snd area was clean. We would stay here again.」

「I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. 」

This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! The night we came in, I was lucky enough to actually meet Chef “Uncle” John Cariere, the proprietor. He was very welcoming and accommodating and invited us to the complimentary breakfast.
