「There were broken glasses all over the sofa which was probably left by previous customers. Also, the floor & sofa were so dirty. However, Staff there was very helpful. They tried to assist whatever we need & there was free drink vouchers provided at bar」

「I chose the premium room because its website said it was newly refurbished. The room was fine and clean, but it did not look newly refurbished. Some defects were found in the room. Breakfast was simple, but a good way to start the day. Remember to request a room facing away from the main road. We had a very quiet and nice sleep.」

「helpful staff, but WIFI signal must be improve」

「Food was very good, serving sizes were huge and prices weren’t too bad. Rooms need to have a comfortable lounge chair to sit in. The outside light is very bright coming through the vertical blinds and it doesn’t go off until 1am.」

「Beautiful view and nice staff here. The room is tidy but I just saw two spiders.」
