"When we arrived at the cabin, the code that was emailed to us was wrong so we had to stand outside in the rain for a long time until finally someone on the camera outside talked to us and told us the correct door code. We had called the guest contact number for help multiple times but it never got through to anyone. After about 40 minutes of waiting in the rain, finally we were able to get into the cabin.
