「Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. 」

「This is a great hotel! Staff is great. Breakfast was fabulous, especially the slow cooked pork tacos. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of trees and greenery. Beds were perfect! Indoor pool, gym, laundry facilities are a nice addition. We visited nearby colleges with our daughter. We walked across the street to take the free PVTA bus into Amherst. Shopping mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks are across the street. 」

「The property is very well maintained inside and out. My sleeping room and bathroom were very clean and just as cute as could be, nicely decorated and inviting with attention to your needs. Nice toiletries, hair dryer, and plenty of clean white towels and wash cloths. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, nice pool, and close to town. 「It was a unique property for New England being built in 1800 so I was pleasantly surprised that my only complaint was hot water. That’s pretty common in a building that old. I was not disappointed at all and enjoyed my stay greatly.」

「Wonderful property! Check-in was effortless, and communication was excellent. The property had the southern charm my family and I desired, with ample space. The kids and our dog Rider had a ball. 「Perfect for a quiet, weekend getaway. We went to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and brought our dog, Ollie. Ollie's a very timid and nervous guy, but he felt very comfortable here. We went during the winter, but would be interested in returning in the summer because there seems to be a lot of outdoor activities (white water rafting, fishing, hiking). 」
