"The room wasn’t ready by 4pm. Wasn’t able to enter room until after 5pm. The a/c unit in the living room did not work. Reported it. They did nothing. Was told they would wave the destination fee for getting in the room late. Charged me any way. I reported the charge. They did nothing. Not enough parking on site. Have stayed numerous times. They could do better."
