「酒店不是很新，但乾淨和整潔，只有最基本的設備-床、衣櫃等等，到達當天前台男職員非常熱情，但離開的女職員就不太好，查問那裡可寄放行李都沒理會，最後要靠自己在外面放儲物櫃，酒店有電梯，是一個非常細小的電梯，兩人進去也很迫了，非常特別。 交通方面，步行可到Bolhão地鐵站及附近步行街／市場，但有斜路，所以不是最方便，但有交通一天票可在酒店門口乘巴士到地鐵站，城市始終不大，往來機場或火車站也算方便。」

「The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived, slightly hot and bothered. The staff member’s calm hello and quick glass of port got us in the right mood! The hotel is a beautiful boutique. We had a balcony room with a garden view and it was spacious, with more cupboard/drawer space than normal. The bed was very comfy and everything worked well. The bathroom was the only thing that let it down - the shower door didn’t fit properly so the shower leaked every time we used it, and the glass...

「One big plus is that it is in a very central location and very close to the seaside. I think the pictures are a bit misleading as it is located on a VERY busy road and you can basically hear all the traffic all the time when you are in your room due to very poor insulation. The room itself is cute though and there is a nice cafe in the builiding. 」

「Appartement tres bien situé, beaucoup de restaurant a proximite, pres des departs des bus hop on hop off. Grande epicerie a environ 150 metres en haut de la rue , tres pratique. Ameublement correct, matelas un peu ferme pour nous. Boite avec petit dejeuner livré a notre porte tous les matins, correct( pain, confiture, jambon, fromage, jus d'orange, pain sucré, cup de café). 」
