「The staff were nice and for the time we stayed there was alot of parking. However the room ..... had alot of issues. Telephone didn't work, floor of the shower was dirty, urine in the toilet when we arrived, curtains were broken and we hade a room with the bright l.e.d. light post right outside, shower smelled of sewage, carpet felt as if juice had been spilled on the floor and not properly cleaned, bugs in the room, the courtesy products left by the hotel for guests were opened and used, and...

「My first time at the Elm, loved it. Gracious staff, clean, vaulted ceiling spacious room, plenty of lighted, secured parking next to the building, modern electronics plugs, excellent view of the lake as you check in and dine on the 4th floor. I'll be back!」

「I'm probably not the best person to ask I was kind of ridiculed that tree like I wasn't a staying at the hotel in the middle in the at the night but you know」

「The A/C made the room feel sticky and humid, no proper ventilation in my opinion, it was basically a fan attached to the side of the wall, could tell it was old because every time it came on it released a weird smell, also the pillows were not that comfortable, very bland, no neck support, made sleeping pretty rough…but other than that everything else was great」
