「I loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean room and bathroom and ease to restaurants and shopping but no coffee or warm water to have tea or coffee when needed.」

「The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent (friendly and accommodating). The only issue is there is not a lot of options for food as the city has no restaurant franchises. If you don't mind only eating local food from family run canteen style vebders? Then this is a lively place to visit.」

「Do not stay here. This place is terrible. No hot water. Microwave didn’t have plugs that worked. WiFi cuts out unless you stand near the door and it’s slow. TV is old. Not smart TV. Only basic airways available. They wouldn’t let me cancel once I found out theirs no hot water. Basically, if you book here, you risk everything. Be cautious. Also, you have to get a taxi to get anywhere. 」

「Disappointed. Stayed for 6 days and booked 2 rooms; both are very small, just enough for the bed/s. Though the staff are accommodating, everything had to be requested (once they even forgot to give us the complimentary water).There's no in-house phone so you need to either go down to the front desk, or use your cellphone. Once we decided to just have dinner at the hotel because we were too tired to eat out, but were told they weren't serving dinner then. Hope they improve soon. 」
