「The hotel was clean and the room had some nice amenities with the larger fridge and microwave. The air conditioning was wonderful and my view with the balcony was nice. However, I was in the West Tower and everything is in a different tower, including the front desk. None of the restaurants or gift shop took cash. There were machines to change cash into cards. 「Check in took a while as there was only one person working. The room door was ajar when we got to it but the room was clean and fully stocked with towels and toiletry items.The only thing missing was sheets and blankets for the pull out twin mattress. There was a beautiful sunset to view from the resort. The food there was good and my granddaughter (4yrs) really had fun at the water park. It offered a good mix of age appropriate stuff. The bigger slides were shut down when we first got there but...

「It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk.」
