「After 3 years of Covid, first time ever return to this once favorite hotel in Ohare, quite disappointed, Wifi not working, I check-in on Wed. night, the first clean of my room only done on Friday afternoon, even the house-keeper had very rude attitude. No idea what happened, forced me to change my stay to other hotel next time. 」

「I would not stay again, the room was not clean.」

「The water is being turned off at 10:00pm not back on until 5:00 am so I guess I have to not take a shower tonight smh」

「our stay at Clarion was perfect. the staff were very polite and helpful. Sondra the housekeeper that took care of our room was polite and we enjoyed talking with her. The front office staff were helpful in printing driving directions for us. Our room was clean when we arrived, no odors and the bed was very comfy. We would definitely stay there again.」

「I pick the hotel for all my visits to Illinois because of the nice clean facilities and excellent customer service you get when you enter. They always ask if you need any help with anything, they always greet you with a smile, the breakfast is always nice and available for you. The best hotel ever!」

「For the price of the room, I am over the moon happy with it. My room was clean , the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. I asked for some additional pillows and blankets. I was told they were in the sofa bed. When we unrolled the sofa bed it was a very very thin covering no pillows. When I went bank down they said it was after hours and they were unable to access the supplies. And petty the guide on my tv didn’t work but I was pleased and will stay there again without hesitation 」

「I am grateful we could be accommodated given the last minute booking after our original hotel canceled at the last minute. Bed is too soft for my liking. Room was adequate and we were able to get extra towels very quickly. If you need anything else, you have to go get it yourself. We needed paper cups/ plates and we were told to come down to get it. Breakfast was good but the menu could be expanded, especially for kids. Great shower. 」

「The property was very clean and the staff was friendly, the only downside is the distance from the hotel to downtown, with traffic it could take 45 minutes- 1 hour. We knew the hotel was a distance from the city, and chose to book due to the affordable pricing. There is also a Giordianos right down the road! 」
