「Didn’t realize that the pool and hot tub were down until after we booked. Otherwise it was a beautiful room, great views and friendly staff.」

「We loved the pool and the staff they were so nice and courteous. Our room had wet towels upon arrival. Every morning we were awakened to construction noises( like jackhammers). The casino and front desk help were not helpful at all. Our player cards did not work the whole time we were there. We went to the help desk 5 different times and even spoke to the manager. Our problem was never handled . We were never given anything in return or any points for all our play. Our cards still don’t...
