「With this price, this convenient location in downtown and trendy renovation, it is a good value of money. It does not have AC but having the fan on the ceiling, it’s good coz SF can be quite windy at times. With cable car terminal, restaurant, Macy’s and LV on the same street makes it very convenient. I took the cable car to the Pier 39 and I did enjoy it very much. There is a ramen place at the corner, which is very good. I went there twice in three days.」

「Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, breakfast was very good and reasonably priced compared with hotel brands I’ve been to before (similar to Hilton Garden Inn). Hotel was a Four Points but is experiencing a rebranding. My group also loved the hot tub and pool, and they said the burger from the Tavern was a hit! Very great place to stay if visiting San Rafael or just passing through on 101. I’d definitely book again in the future. 」

「A pretty good accommodation experience, although it was slightly different from what I had imagined. For example, the room was smaller than it appeared on the website and the elevator was quite old. However, overall it was still worth the price. I really liked the lobby's bonfire.」

「This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed 」
