「The staff is very friendly and the lighting and bedding are great, with plenty of blankets provided. However, the breakfast is just average. A major downside is the shower design, which causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet—this definitely needs to be fixed. Also, we could have used more towels during our stay.」

Everyone is so sweet and attentive, and the breakfasts are gourmet. Wilmer is an amazing chef and manager. They go the extra mile to ensure guests have all they need to have a great stay in Cuenca. Great location too.」

「La ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno estubo bien. Pero el baño de la habitación no estaba limpio en el suelo se podía ver mucho cabello sin haber limpiado, el piso estaba negro y salía facil si se pasaba un papel de baño. Lamentablemente el hotel no cumple con altos estándar de limpieza en las habitaciones lo que es algo crucial. 」
