「This is 100% the best hotel in the historical area of Cuenca. They have amazing staff working at all times and delicious food that rotates in the morning.
The views are also the best, as the building is directly across from the Cathedral.」

「I had checked out early from another hotel and not only they allowed me to drop off my luggage but got my room ready earlier than their check-in time.
When I left the next day, they called a taxi for me to take me to the airport.
