「We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a deluxe family cabin for two nights. It is a great location close to state parks and national monuments. The restaurant had decent food. They need to work on the salad though. Breakfast was great. We loved our little cabin and are considering coming back with a larger group. 「Front desk had to log me onto Wi-Fi…didn’t work when I tried. Took them several times. Power went out in the entire building for a couple of minutes at around 9:30pm」

「We picked this hotel, specifically for the kids waterpark area. The area is supposed to have heated water, but the heater was broken for our entire week long stay and apparently had been for months. The 2nd and 3rd day of our stay the AC leaked and soaked the carpet along our wall that led to the courtyard. Maintenance had to come in a shop vac it up and set up a fan for a few hours. 「The room was great: even included a dishwasher and full size frig. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a variety and was delicious. The selling point was the "all you can use" pass to Watiki for everyone in your party. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.」

「The water bottles that were provided were priced at $5…what if the water was provided for free..this would have been a much more positive experience rather than being annoyed at the cost of $5, which we did not choose to purchase」

「A lot of the water park was closed during our stay. Our room was large with a nice kitchen and fridge set up. This was nice. The handicap accessible shower was terrible. Every time someone showered you had a pool of water all over the bathroom. When we checked into the room there was hard shredded cheese on the kitchen floor. So it could have been cleaner.」
