"Key cards did not work. We had to get them reprogrammed four times then they had to reprogram the lock on the door staff ended up walking my coworkers room and we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for someone to come and open up the door and the manager refused to give us a call or talk to us at all about any of it kept on telling the receptionist to take care of it"

"The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was oddly laid out but spacious except for the sink and toilet/ shower. The grout and baseboards were terribly dirty. There was a blood stain on the bathroom wall. The room definitely needs a real spring cleaning and not just strong smelling disinfectant. Finally, the toilet paper needs an upgrade."
