「Hjälpsam personal som alltid vill att gösten ska känna sig nöjd och glad. Det ör service på hög nivå hos all personal. Stranden måste vara en av de bästa i Hurugada oxh är dessutom barnvänlig. Allt man kan tänka sig och behöver finns på hotellet. En del av deras rum skulle behöva lite renovering, men priset och allt därtill väger upp det. Är återkommande på detta hotell och kommer fortsätta komma tillbaka. 」

「Wounderful stay,outstanding in all aspects,well maintained room overlooking lagoon,sandy beach for swimming and snorkeling,tasty variant food in each meal,cooperative &polite staff members…great animation every nice…really we enjoyed out time there…it’s azur as we know it…thank you very much」

「I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. 」

「Had a fabulous time, the staff were excellent so accommodating and polite, food was very good and rooms were a little dated, particularly the bathroom but was clean. Lots of sun loungers and great pool bar」

「 Value 100%. Basic but clean, extremely friendly and accomodating. Lashings of hot water, I was not bothered by staff all the time, as happens in all inclusive hotels. Set breakfast but more than enough for me, included, omelette, tomato, cucumber, potato, cheese, jam, yoghurt egyptian bread and whte bread, tea, coffee and/or water. Very very close to beach, £1 entry but wonderful freshly cooked food available at low prices. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Marina and the same to Sheraton,...

「When you get to your room do an inspection, head to the main lobby and give them a list of items to clean /fix. Service is great, they just need guidance on cleaning The reef and cabana area more than makes up the room issue. Unbelievable snorkeling - I am a week swimmer and loved it. Hope it does not turn into a resort like the complex next door. 「The property was very nice, love the location closed to so many restaurant on the marina. Embara was very helpful, he went out of he’s way to make us fill at home, the receptionist team was very nice and helpful as well just like the restaurant staff. I recommend 100%. 」
