aqua park was outstanding for the kids. but u need to go with the shuttle bus. 650 meters walking in the hot sun is not recommended good private beach. rooms are outdated. airconditioning is very loud, annoying if you are a light sleeper.

We spent a week's holiday with our children and we had a lot of fun, we ate well, there is safety for customers and very comfortable hospitality. Different menu every day Room cleaning every day I recommend and we will be back insh'Allah. Thank you with all my heart.

Unused potential of the hotel

Average hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The water park is excellent. We had a problem at the reception. They didn't give us the key to the room until we paid extra for the New Year's dinner, which according to hotel rules is already included. Some of them were really rude. The animators are nice, but should offer better entertainment for the guests.

Room is newly painted and staff are very friendly 👏 and accommodating to guest request 😊… Down side .. fridge not working, glass door lock is broken, shower without curtains and head spraying water all over 👎… last but not least .. snacks are not tasty on the beach and restaurant food variety is very limited

This property is a half star at best. I found 1 great staff member as my waiter in the buffet. Everything else was terrible. Food was bad, juice was bad, pool closed early, aqua park is only open 10-12 and 230-5, “special dining” nights were terrible, pool que’s didn’t have tips on them, trash all over hotel including seats, moldy, rusty trash cans, manager and GM were both horrible. All around terrible experience. I should have left day 1

I would not recommend this hotel at all. We were due to stay 4 nights and ended up staying for 2 and only because we couldn’t move hotels after a day. Staff were rude from the main gate. Wouldn’t allow the taxi in to start with. There was hairs on the toilet in the room when we arrived and dirty marks on the mirrors. Sheets had hairs on. My 2 children wouldn’t enter the restaurant because of the smell so we didn’t eat. Drinks were in dirty glasses. When we said we wanted to check out early staff were very rude and unhelpful and we couldn’t get a refund for the 2 days we didn’t stay they said there was nothing they could do. Will never go back

Nice but need enhancement

Check in was very easy, special thank to Mr Ramy front office who organized the rooms the day before we arrived and made all rooms in the same building and he was helpful in every thing and doing the best to make our vacation awesome until check out. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed Zayan who follow my reservation from the beginning by phone Shuttle bus was every 10 minutes to reach Aqua area and beach Aqua is amazing about 8 working slides plus children aqua and lazy river The beach is sandy somewhere but there are alot of rocks and you can snorkeling near to the beach Food in main restaurant almost good (taste and variety) special thank to Chef Mohamed Elwany the main chef every day he asking guests about the quality of food and serving by himself and chef Mohamed Abd El Megid who is very helpful. I dont forget Restaurant Sofra we had dinner there all staff were cute make our dinner special with Mr Mahmoud El shazly, Amr Hamdy and Mahmoud Abd El Razek Also Bill man Mr Wael Hamouda was helpful and honest finally Mr Hashem housekeeping was a nice guy You can park inside the hotel Bad things AC was v. Bad in restaurant and loby just fans no cooling at all Poor animation team Snacks in pool bar and beach bar need to be better and more variety Juices they choose the worst juice powder at all, Always shortage in ice so we drink hot water, in addition to they use bad quality of coffee in machines Bar men need to be more qualified and well trained. At all our visit was cool

Ottimo resort. Personale accogliente e gentile. Camera spaziosa, pulita e con tutto il necessario. Ristoranti a buffet vario. Ristorante italiano ottimo. Ristorante orientale particolare. Due belle piscine. Spiaggia bellissima e sempre pulita. Servizio navetta buono anche se a piedi dal resort ci vogliono solo 10 minuti. Acquapark fantastico sia per adulti che per bambini. Animazione presente e non invadente.
