「This hotel is an affordable gorgeous oasis of historical re-creation of early life in Chico, CA. It’s within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Bidwell Park, and the beautiful campus of Chico State. I was in room 209 which allowed me to see my vehicle in the parking structure through my window. The room was warm because the AC struggled to keep the air cool, but I put the AC on 62 degrees with a high fan speed and it kept things comfortable most of the time.」

「The room was decent and the beds were comfortable. The girl hotel staff member was supper helpful but one of the tvs in our room didnt work due to the cords being old it kepts coming in and out of picture. Also the shampoos and conditioners on the wall were empty. The first morning breakfast the waffle maker kept sticking and burning them but they had that fixed by the second morning. Probably wouldnt pay another $350 a night to stay again tho when there where a bunch of other hotels around. 」
