「The property was fine the thing was check in was at 3 and we arrived around 6 and room was not ready and only microwave was on the first floor no iron only a steamer no wash clothes in room」

「My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.」

「I was surprised by the dinner included with the room! It was very good. A pasta with sliced grilled chicken and salad. There was a tomato sauce on the side. They also had hot dogs and chips with nacho cheese. The breakfast in the morning was also good with spiced potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs. And the usual waffles and cereals. The staff was wonderful and my room was spotless. I will stay here again.」

「The room was great. I had a dog with me and was double charged for the incidental fee. I was reassured that it would be back in my account in 2-4 hours. It was not. I called to ask about it and the woman that answered was really rude. I was told to call my bank so I did and they didn't have any record of a refund. I called the hotel back and was told the manager would call. They never did, I understand mistakes happen but it was handled extremely poorly on their end. $100 is already a steep...
