「Very clean property, nice 24 hour hot chocolate, coffee, and tea bar. But most importantly, extremely pleasant and helpful staff, specifically Kristen. She is 10/10 employee!! Great location, 15 min to presque isle, 5 min to excellent mall. Quiet property, good parking. The only thing I didn't like was no bathtub in room, shower only.」

「The hotel is an older but was updated in some areas. Breakfast area was clean and food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If I’m the Erie area again I would definitely stay again」

「No drinking water. Breakfast was microwaved. Pool was empty. Room had a bad smell like a dirty hamper. We had a “Suite”, there was a heater/air conditioner in the back room but no airflow or vents in the front of the suite. The staff was amazing and kind, very friendly and accommodating. Perhaps the owners are new and they just purchased the property…I don’t know. I wish I could give a better review, if it was for the staff only my review would be stellar….but for the price point I was not...

「This was our 2nd stay there. Both times were lakefront. Cabins 2 the first time a couple of years ago, and cabin 8 this time. Love sitting on the deck watching the wildlife. Bring your chairs to sit out there. Staff very friendly and other guests are always cool too.」
