「飯店舊了一點，但是清潔度和舒適度都還不錯，可能前幾晚在凱恩斯住的飯店空間大又便宜，相對就覺得這裡比較小又比較貴，感覺就沒有驚喜，不過整體來說都還不錯」

「Club tropical was good value for money. Although it was a little run down and outdated, apparently they are about to undertake extensive renos. We went out for the day to find the cleaning staff had left our door ajar after servicing the room, i emailed the management to inform them but got no response which was odd. Other than that it was enjoyable.」

「Had an amazing stay at Port Douglas Outrigger. Within easy walking distance to everything and Amanda and Peter are fantastic provoding great local knowledge, even remembering my kids names when they seen them. Will definitely stay again when I am next in Port Douglas」

「We were informed of a water leak in the kids bedrooms upon checkin via a letter. From the water stains, it is not recent & could have been disclosed weeks ago. We had no choice but to put up with the leak with beach towels to absorb it. We were then slugged with an extra fifty bucks on checkout even though we left the kitchen clean and even ran the diswasher. The host hung up on me when I asked for photo evidence of her claim of a “filthy kitchen”. The operators are dodgy so be very careful...

「It is a lovely property with an excellent location. The pool was perfect for cooling down and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking in last minute on a public holiday made the check-in a little fraught, but it all worked out. The unit itself was nice, but the kitchen is very sparsely equipped and a lot of the kitchen utensils were put away dirty, which was unfortunate. We couldn’t get Wifi during our entire stay, so have a good data package. 」
