"The view from the balcony was great. The rooms were good size and the kitchenette was good. Apparently Radisson's standards have gone down considerably, although it has been awhile since I stayed at Radisson. Upon arriving I noticed how filthy the floors were. They were a wood laminate or something on that line. I used a couple kleenex to wipe it in a couple of spots in the bathroom. I took it to the front desk and showed them and they said they could send someone up to clean them. They did but it was just a spray and mop and was only marginally cleaner when done. The elevators were slow and seemed like only one was working at a time. I spoke with some other guest that were also complaining about the elevators and when i mentioned my floors they both agreed with one saying he was shocked at the black that came off his feet in the shower. The beds were ok, nothing great. Both the doors entering the room and going to the balcony needed weatherstripping. Overall, just needs some basic cleaning and maintenance. "

"The wifi was too weak to be of value, making the Roku TV setup virtually unusable and Internet spotty at best. In this day and age, it's inexcusable (to me) to have poor wireless in commercial lodging. There were no supplied shower toiletries, nor anyone on-site to help problem solve or supply them. The management company is remote and uses texts and email to get you in and out -- there is no human interaction. Again, an odd choice in the hospitality industry. There was a small cardboard box of prepackaged "supplies" in the room, but why I needed dishwashing detergent when there was no dishwasher was beyond me. Soap for the shower would have been nice, as would shampoo. The place is clean and nice for budget-minded travelers who don't mind those aforementioned inconveniences, nor the lack of human engagement. A floor dehumidifier was so loud few mortals could sleep through its noise, one of the three light bulbs in the overhead fan was burnt out, and the cramped round table (an odd choice for a corner in a space with very little room) was home to four cheap 99-cent plastic plants. I'd have rather had a bar of soap. Two large oval glass jars of unmarked substance were hidden on a shelf. No way slippery glass belongs in a bathroom. As the saying goes, "It is what it is....but not what it seems." I'm sure this place serves a segment of traveler; but that sweet spot does not include me. Overnight stays are best when relaxing, not when forced to problem-solve."

"Free breakfast very clean. Most of the staff not helpful no smiles. We wanted to go to the beach they said they didn’t provide towels o we had to buy them. We had a late flight they wouldn’t let us sit by the pool for a few hours after check out. One staff member said no but we asked another and she let us"

"I took me n my 7 kids was very clean all day activities on site the bar and grill had amazing food i couldnt complain about 1 thing woke up to workers cleaning patios every day breakfast was superb 👌staff was amazing the activities out side of the resort was n walking distance i will be returning to this establishment!!!"
