"Everything was crooked and the whole property smelled horrible. The lamp was broken, the toilet paper was even crooked. The room smelled ok, the jacuzzi tub was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also very cold even having the heat on. "

"I checked into my room, noticed immediately that the covers were dirty had stains on them. The curtains to the room were broken half down stains on them. The bathroom was very filthy. Had to go in wipe down the toilet and the sink stains all over the sitting area chairs, and I also took pictures. It was a very unpleasant day was very unsatisfied, and the staff was not accommodating to the situation."

"This is a very clean Hotel. The staff is very helpful. The Breakfast that was hot daily consisted of sausage and eggs every day. The cook refilling the food seemed to only put a minimal amount out at a time making long waits. The cook was kind but I believe was not allowed to keep the food warmers full consistently. Pool was pretty busy, which also made it oily. It is a very small pool. The hot tub was open and hot but the jets were not working. Overall a nice hotel. It is our 3rd time staying here. We will return again. It is in a nice location near alot of shopping and businesses."

"Front entrance door not in service (does not open automatic). Not in compliance with ADA. You must tug on the door and hurt your hand and I broke a nail. lighting through out the hall is dim and dark, you feel like you are in a garage parking lot. I check in and entered the room and the bedding was musty and soiled. Next morning I ask for them to change bedding. I stayed for three weeks and they cleaned the room four times. Mid-stay they ask me to change rooms due to building construction concerns. Due to poor house keeping I ran out of toilet paper. This was the worst Residence Inn I stayed in and I travel multiple states per year for work."

"Due to another occupant, the hotel had to evacuate at 6 am in Michigan winter. When I asked if we would be discounted for being forced awake due to someone else’s stupidity, I was told they were offering points, and even if they were offering money, they wouldn’t be able to refund me because I booked through hotels.com. Although my 2 year old enjoyed seeing a fire truck early in the morning, I did not, and I am not happy with the solution that was offered. "
