「I loved the hotel it was clean the staff were very helpful but the only thing I didn’t like was the limited items for breakfast and the eggs were so dry」

「Clean, quiet, and in good condition. Beds were comfortable and the seating area was nice. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. I'd definitely stay here again.」

「I come to Lansing every 4th and originally used to stay at the Marriott downtown and with kids the Hyatt House is a far better choice and overall just higher quality. I left my wedding ring in my room and they called and we made arrangements to get my ring back and even offered a shipping option. I'll be staying here for every Lansing visit. 」
