「There was supposed to be free continental breakfast and there was not. You had to order and it was $16 for each breakfast. Had to wait for the food. Pool and spa were closed. Had to pay for parking which was not on the website.」

「I did not book handicap rooms, but the property said it was handicapped rooms that were booked. Not at happy with those rooms as I was with the other rooms on our last stay.」

「Love this hotel! We stay here when we have to come into Temple. Ms. Yoli, she is the best first thing in the morning. She talks to everybody. She's sweet. She's kind and everybody loves her」

「Everything was okay, except that the carpet smells musty , the windows and bathtub needs to be upgraded since it’s old and moldy.We also had a late night visitor a roach.It’s very small space in the hallways and elevator.Breakfast was okay and staff were very helpful.」

「Matt and the staff were amazing, from the tours to the dining experience. Cabin had all you needed. Dining was delicious and had such a great variety of drink & snacks Animals were so much fun. Tours were great Our family had such a great time we will defiantly be back!!」
