「The property needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It was great back in the 90s but there have been no improvements. The floor in my room was filthy, the cleaning crew had gone home. I offered to vacuum my room however the staff could not find the vacuum. I asked for a new room and was given one next to my original room. The floor in the new room was dirtier than the original. I told staff I would stay in my original room and keep my shoes on. Do not make the same mistake.」

「Great quality all the time」

「Good!」

「Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean, comfortable room and good mattress.」

「The room was clean and the staff were kind. The experience was kind of odd walking through a small restaurant kitchen to bring our bags upstairs to our room was unexpected. It was nice to be able to order food from the restaurant and have it brought to our room. Our only real complaint was the rooms aren't soundproofed from the outside very well, since there are train tracks close by, trains and street sweepers continued to wake us up throughout the night.」

「What a special place to stay! So unique! Everything was perfect including the historic room and the delicious breakfast!」

「Good home. Just need to upgrade the mattresses」
