「The hotel was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The in-room shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, although the shower head was fixed at waist height, meaning you had to hold it while showering. Communal areas felt a little shabby in places, though they were generally clean. It was disappointing that bottled water was charged to the room, which didn’t feel justified given the overall price; however, staff were attentive and removed this charge at checkout when raised. 「The balcony really made the room. But it was clean and tidy and comfortable. Bathroom was fine with a good shower. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and really great. I would have liked coffee making facilities in the room but it wasn't difficult to get a coffee from the ground floor reception area. All in all a good experience.」
