「Heidi was lovely. She even came to our room to show us how to use the tv/remote. My only critique would be that the stairs could use some reinforcement. Perhaps in the two months they are closed, they could build a new stronger staircase.」

「Nice place in a cute village. We had problems with our door code at check in but the owners responded quickly and it was fixed. We didn't have time to explore the facilities, but the property was cute. The only improvement would be the bed. We liked the mattress itself, but it was sloped down at the head. 「The parking on the lower level is excellent, easy to get in and out. You will need AWD or chains in the winter, the road up has a 13 degree slope! The unit was clean and updated nicely. 「We're do I start. The good, unit had great layout on the first floor. Nice recreation room with pool, hot tub, dry sauna, heated underground parking. The bad, bed sheets were stained all the way thrugh to the mattress pad. Did they even wash them? Mix match of old towels, and wash cloths. Minimal amount of the necessities, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent (3) for a 5 night stay. Cheap aluminum foil, scratch Teflon pans. Broken bar stool, ceiling tiles in bathroom would fall down...
