「The resort was Awesome lots of room loved the Balcony facing the ocean. The pools and hot tubs were clean and Cool. Everyone was very helpful and nice. If I must leave a complaint it would be the slow elevators. 」

「The hotel is beautiful. Not a resort, but has all the bells and whistles that the high-end hotels have. Budget friendly. Liked the hot breakfast and laundry room. Pool can be a bit bigger. Close to Pier Park」

「Our reservations a suite got lost and Expedia called Shores of Panama and they gave us a large condo on the beach immediately and welcomed us in. Clean, nice personal. One complaint is the parking deck, it was not designed for southern big travel vehicles. Like full size trucks and SUV, but for foreign cars like the mini cooper, smart cars. Lol」

「We have stayed here for years and love the resort. The only negative we had was the new surface around the pool was a bit more slick than expected. You just have to be aware when walking barefoot around the pool. Other than that, great customer service as always and enjoyed our stay! 」

「Stayed on the 24th floor! Penthouse view was beautiful. Right on the water. Unit was clean and plenty of space. I liked that there was a washer and dryer available to use. Good communication on property regarding codes needed for parking and unit. The only complaint was the elevators. They took a long time to get to us. Other than that we had a wonderful time.」
