「Clean , everyone and everything was great」

「This is a charming historic hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again. 」

「Our overall stay was among the worst I've experienced. From check in to check out. The staff was indifferent and couldn't care less about your concerns. The place was under construction and work was noisy from 6 am.until late evening. Pools were overly crowded with teenagers there for a baseball tournament and not properly supervised. The staff did nothing. The teenagers were rowdy, pushing other's in , jumping, diving and running around making it impossible for others to enjoy themselves and...

「Enjoyed the pool area, Tiki bar to watch March Madness games and enjoyed live music with dinner - the food was great too. The lady that checked me in - I believe the manager on duty- was very friendly and went above and beyond. As a post-op patient at the time w/ a walker and leg brace, she ensured that my room had a walk in shower without me needing to ask. She was very thorough and wanted to ensure I was comfortable.
