「I appreciated the included buffet breakfast every morning. The cleanliness of the property and my room was very good. I also appreciated the location close to the landing, outlet mall, shows and most attractions. The best and most important part of my stay was the wonderful staff. The staff were all very helpful, extremely friendly and seemed to really care about hospitality. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to come back and will.」

「Very clean and well-maintained! Hailey at the front desk was extremely helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in time, and she helped us get into a room early. Their breakfast buffet is delicious--eggs, pancakes, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. If I return to Branson, I would stay there again.」

「The people at the University Plaza were great. Very pleasant and friendly. The room was not great. It's old and outdated. The bathtub was dirty and stained. It definitely needs to be replaced. There are no USB connections anywhere in the room. The carpet is worn and also in need of replacement. This used to be a great property and was one of the nicer places in Springfield at one time. Those days are in the past unless they upgrade and clean the place up a little.」
