「Resort seems nice but we were unfortunate to arrive on a Tuesday. Only the resort website showed the water park was closed not Expedia. Plus we paid 159 while it was 100 dollars that day. Tried to chat with hotel but they said it was all with Expedia where I got nowhere.」

「The location worked well for our needs. I enjoyed the hot tub. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room needed basic items replenished like Kleenex, body wash, etc., upon arrival.」

「We stay here every time we come to Ottawa. We love the clean rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor patio with lots of seating and a grill, it’s close to everything including grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Especially Starbucks just a few feet away!」
